Description, Habitat and Distribution
Habitat in Europe: Damp rocky areas, usually at valley sides or springs
Preferred habitat in Malta: Rocky valley sides
Botanical Description: Leaves pubescent on both surfaces. Perianth striped; tube up to 1.8 cm, somewhat curved, much enlarged at apex; limb longer than the tube.
Chromosome number: 2n=12
Distributional range: S. Italy, Sicilia, Malta
